If there’s an event occurring in Ladera or surrounding areas, you can bet Karen is involved in some capacity – if she’s not running it outright. Whether serving as PTA President, President of the Ladera Recreation District Board, or annually walking 60 miles to help find a cure for cancer, Karen’s passion for volunteerism and supporting causes is contagious. In addition, through her vast business experience and graduate level education, she brings a wealth of worldwide business acumen, strategy development, and negotiating expertise to closing a sale.

As a lifelong Peninsula resident, Rebecca’s community knowledge is unparalleled, making her an invaluable asset to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the mid-Peninsula. She comes from a successful career in project management and communications design. While real estate transactions involve hundreds of different components, she has a knack for managing every excruciating detail and making the whole process run smoothly when such an important investment is on the line. Molly comes to our team with over 10 years experience in real estate operations and escrow management. She is responsible for complete contract administration and all aspects of the escrow. Molly's keen attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines gives our buyers and sellers peace of mind that no detail of the contract has been overlooked. She also interacts with agents, buyers and sellers and coordinates all sign-offs, walk-throughs, and final closings.
